Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Design and implement a 3-day new-hire induction program and 30-60-90-day ramp-up plan with buddy assignments. Monitor completion and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate with finance to manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records; ensure statutory compliance (PF/ESI/Gratuity).
- Roll out incentive letters, confirmation letters, and warning/appreciation notes in line with the sales policy.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline sales roles, ensuring 10+ positions are closed monthly with a focus on minimizing attrition.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools and Excel for generating hiring dashboards and reports.
- Employee Engagement & Policy Management (30%)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives such as birthday kudos, first-booking rewards, exit interviews, and pulse surveys to improve retention and morale.
- Draft and update HR policies; ensure the employee handbook remains current and aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with teams to drive regular touchpoints that enhance the employee experience.

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, particularly within the real estate industry.
- Proven ability to close 10+ frontline sales roles per month with minimal early-stage attrition (20%).
- Strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools and Excel for hiring and reporting purposes.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Graduate with a PG Diploma/MBA in HR or equivalent.

Good to Have:

- Experience in conducting campus drives and managing mass walk-ins.
- Familiarity with labor law basics for Maharashtra & Karnataka.
- Exposure to sales-commission structures and variable-payroll rollouts.
