From 2018 to 2021, we successfully transformed into a global brand owner, launching renowned brands such as ELFBAR and LOST MARY. Our business now covers over 100 markets worldwide, with more than 100,000 retail outlets, serving over 50 million adult users. Job Responsibilities
YouTube Channel Management
- Own and grow the HeavenGifts YouTube presence for the market, focusing on brand storytelling, educational content, product features, and community series.
- Oversee video production —from concept development and scripting to filming coordination, editing supervision, and publishing.
Content Strategy & Social Integration
- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies that connect YouTube with broader social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand values and meets local regulatory requirements.
- Leverage trending formats (e.g., unboxing, reviews, lifestyle integration) to increase engagement.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Use YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social monitoring tools to track performance, audience retention, and conversion.
- Report regularly on KPIs such as view count, subscriber growth, watch time, and engagement rate. Adjust strategies accordingly.
Community Building & Influencer Collaboration
- Actively engage with YouTube viewers in the comments, community tab, and live sessions to foster brand affinity.
- Identify and collaborate with YouTube creators for content partnerships, product placements, and brand awareness.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital video marketing, social media content creation, or YouTube channel management
- Proven track record of growing an audience on YouTube, ideally in consumer electronics, lifestyle tech, or regulated products
Key Skills
- Deep understanding of YouTube platform algorithms, video SEO, and analytics
- Video planning, production coordination, and editing supervision experience
- Proficiency in video tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent (hands-on or vendor management)
- Familiar with cross-platform content reuse (e.g., turning long-form into Shorts, Reels, TikToks)
