Your Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end product development across the beauty sector. - Translate consumer insights and trend research into innovative product concepts. - Lead R&D, packaging & design to bring products to life. - Manage timelines, testing, and regulatory compliance to ensure on-time, high-quality launches. - Keep an eye on global beauty movements and adapt them for our market. - Leverage global supplier & manufacturer networks to source innovative formulations, packaging, and technologies while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and scalability. What we're looking for: - 45 years of experience in product development within the beauty and cosmetics industry. - Strong understanding of formulations, ingredients, and packaging. - Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and consumer preferences. - Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Passion for beauty, with a finger on the pulse of trends and innovations.
