Job Description Job Description Role - New Product Development (NPD) Transfer Experience - 8+ Years in NPD Transfer Qualification - B. Tech or MBA (Any Specialization) Roles Responsibilities - Maintain continuous touch base with market, products, and competition tracking the emerging trend and understanding the customer need gap. - Proposition of innovative product offerings in line with the customers need gap/pain points/expectations. - Formulation, development, and trial for those proposed products, processed through the stage-gate process. - Organizing and conducting trials in the laboratory, maintaining observation database. - Arranging pilot production and field trials through cross-functional collaboration and negotiation. - Check, verify, and ensure internal external compliances and facilitate IPR process for the demanding products and propositions. - Contribute effectively to the market launch, development of collaterals, market communication, and demo. - Post-launch support in the form of training to co. officials, communication and promotion amongst influencers, and addressing customers issues. - Help stabilize new products by translating action points out of market feedback. - To remain prepared with the time-bound NPD pipeline and work for subsequent rollouts.
