Work Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:
1. Researching and identifying high-potential accounts in target industries and geographies
2. Building prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and industry databases
3. Generating leads through outbound channels (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach)
4. Engaging inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
5. Executing structured outreach campaigns with personalized messaging
6. Booking and handing off qualified meetings/demos to the Customer Relations Team or Senior SDRs
7. Logging activities, tracking metrics, and maintaining an updated CRM pipeline
8. Staying updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings
9. Achieving targets for outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline growth
What You Offer

1. Excellent communication: Verbal, written, and public speaking
2. Dynamic personality: People-person, professional yet assertive, and goal-oriented
3. Sales engagement tools: Ability to use Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
4. CRM proficiency: Experience with platforms like Zendesk or HubSpot
5. Email automation & sequencing: Familiarity with Mailchimp, Lemlist, or HubSpot sequences for structured outreach
6. Data management & reporting: Skilled in MS Excel/Google Sheets for lead lists, reports, and performance tracking
7. Analytical skills: Ability to track KPIs, analyze outreach effectiveness, and optimize campaigns based on data
8. Communication tools: Comfortable with Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, and VOIP calling software for outreach and collaboration
Your Eligibility Checklist
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
1. Education: At least 65% Graduation from a reputed institute in B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc.
2. Experience Required: 2-3 years of desk-based inside sales experience in B2B products for international markets
