Responsibilities:

Skills: Cisco sales, LAN/WAN sales, cable sales, security sales, data security sales , serves sales etc...

Sales Process & Lead Generation:

Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Lead Generation: Generating new sales leads to expand the customer base.

Needs Assessment: Understanding customer needs and tailoring product or service presentations to address those needs.

Presentations & Demonstrations: Effectively presenting products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

Negotiation: Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintaining Client Records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.

Sales Forecasting: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management, including performance metrics and market trends.
