We are NOT considering MBA, CA-Inter, M. Comm., CMA profiles for this position.Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 2. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts based on historical data, operational metrics, and upcoming projects. 3. Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions. 4. Taking ownership on implementation of financial processes for new business initiatives 5. Analyse business performance on various dimensions on a monthly and ad-hoc basis. 6. Generate detailed financial reports, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, cash flow analysis, and departmental performance summaries. 7. Provide actionable insights on volume, revenue streams, cost efficiencies, and service line profitability. 8. Track and analyze KPIs relevant to company operations, such as customer revenue per visit and cost per procedure. 9. Actively driving projects associated with data analytics and profitability assessment. 10. Ensure compliance with healthcare finance regulations, tax requirements, and reporting standards. 11. Identify and mitigate financial risks by maintaining robust internal controls. 12. Partner with department heads to align budgets with clinical goals and patient care priorities. 13. Serve as a liaison between finance, operations and patient care teams to align financial outcomes with healthcare delivery excellence. 14.
