Apply Now: https://forms.office.com/r/Drc3Vaygc5Designation: Assistant Manager- FP&ARole & Responsibilities:- Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and business performance tracking - Prepare management reports and executive dashboards with clear insights - Conduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and margin analysis - Collaborate with business teams to gather data and ensure alignment - Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements in reporting - Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projectsQualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable)- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) with 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FP&A - Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint - Familiarity with SAP is preferred - Good understanding of financials and business performance metrics - Good analytical and communication skillsWe are looking for People with- Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and business acumen - Strong data analysis and interpretation skills - Good communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines - A team player who is proactive and dependable - Experience in BFSI, BPO, or MNC environments is a plus
