Role: Sr. Associate / Client Relations Manager

Location: Okhla Phase 2,New Delhi

Experience: 2-4 years in sales, client servicing, or events

Industry: Media, Entertainment, Events, or Sales

Employment: Full-time

Salary: Up to 6 LPA + Bonuses

About The Role

- Manage inbound leads from initial inquiry to successful artist booking.
- Engage with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand needs and budgets.
- Pitch relevant artists, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with artist managers and maintain CRM updates.

Requirements

- Strong background in consultative/high-ticket sales or client relations.
- Excellent communication skills to handle diverse clients (CXOs, families, brands).
- Proactive, persuasive, and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Media/entertainment/event background is a plus.
