About The Role

  • Manage inbound leads from initial inquiry to successful artist booking.
  • Engage with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand needs and budgets.
  • Pitch relevant artists, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with artist managers and maintain CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Strong background in consultative/high-ticket sales or client relations.
  • Excellent communication skills to handle diverse clients (CXOs, families, brands).
  • Proactive, persuasive, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Media/entertainment/event background is a plus.
