Working model: Onsite Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm Budget: Upto 25k (depending on experience) Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers with strong soft skills are welcome to apply) About the Role: As an Operations Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing the user experience end-to-end. From being the first point of contact for platform users to ensuring smooth session coordination with our SoulSensei guides, you'll be the operational backbone behind a transformative experience. This role blends customer interaction, scheduling, coordination, and light data management. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operational workflows tied to website performance and internal processes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution and follow-ups. - Identify areas of improvement in current processes and help implement practical solutions. - Track and report key operational metrics to support data-driven decision making. - Help maintain clear documentation of processes, SOPs, and internal guidelines. - Support implementation of tools and systems that enhance team efficiency. - Be a key point of contact for resolving operational issues or bottlenecks quickly.
