The Country operations of this 3PL are in a good position to hand the baton to a new leader and be well positioned for the next phase of growth.

With the ground work completed, you are inheriting a profitable business with a great mix of long term clients, good facilities, nation wide transport networks and a team of people who are trained, effective and performing.

We all know its harder to make gains in a solidly performing environment, so you will need to be inspired by the challenge to really take this from good to great. You will be able to coach and share your experience to drive that incremental change, focus on some strategic initiatives that deliver long term yield, engage in investment opportunities and work collaboratively with long term clients and deliver their visions.

Your team are really good and are passionate about continuing to improve, they have great processes and training and will work with you to close the final gaps. The outgoing MD is looking to handover and excited to see the next leader take this Nationwide large scale operation to new heights.

It is essential that you are very accomplished commercially and operationally in a Contract Logistics core context.
