We are looking for a dynamic Operations Executive to join our team at STITCH. As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in leading and implementing STITCH MES projects at client sites across India. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and implement STITCH MES projects at client sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct regular project status updates, monitor progress, and swiftly address any potential roadblocks or deviations from the project plan.
- Foster strong and collaborative relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
- Proactively address client concerns, provide valuable insights, and offer recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
- Conduct user training sessions to educate clients on the effective utilization of the MES solution and its functionalities.
- Provide post-implementation support, promptly addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges encountered during MES implementation.



**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably graduated from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) or a related institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in Apparel, Home furnishings, Textile, Leather goods.
- Strong understanding of MES systems and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading projects and delivering results within established timelines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across India as required.
