Required Skills & Qualifications - 37 years of hands-on backend development experience. - Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Golang. - Experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI/ML integrations (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases). - Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed architectures. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Comfortable working remotely with partial US time zone overlap (evening calls as needed). Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Familiarity with modern DevOps workflows and CI/CD. - Prior experience in startups or fast-paced transformation environments. - Pedigree from top institutes (IIT/NIT/BITS) or having worked in top-tier tech/startup environments.
