No limit. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and elevate our brand presence in the high-end wedding and event space. *Job Summary:* The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Corporate Events, Government Events, luxury events industry sales and a proven track record in high-ticket client acquisition. *Key Roles & Responsibilities:* Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: - Identify, approach, and convert high-net-worth individuals, families, government and corporate clients into long-term customers. Maintain a log of leads and follow up with clients. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders such as venues, luxury brands, influencers, wedding vendors, and planners to generate consistent referrals. Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Networking & Representation: - Represent Elite Weddings at luxury events, expos, trade shows, and networking platforms to promote brand awareness. Partnership Development: - Establish strategic partnerships with luxury service providers, hospitality groups, and influencers to enhance offerings and reach. Market Research & Intelligence: - Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform decision-making and spot new opportunities. Decor Designing & Operations: - Conceptualising and designing decor setup and being part of the team during execution on site.
