Hi Greetings of the Day We have a critical opening with our client for Product Support Developer role for Bangalore location Experience 2 -4 yrs Location Bangalore- WFO Mode of Employment Contract Job description Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Support Developer to join our growing team In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within our production environment ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our applications and systems You will work collaboratively with various teams including software developers operations and business stakeholders to diagnose and fix problems quickly and efficiently Responsibilities Monitor production systems for potential issues and proactively identify and resolve problems before they impact users Analyze incidents diagnose root causes and develop solutions to restore functionality and prevent future occurrences Perform code fixes develop scripts and automate tasks to improve efficiency and resolution times Collaborate with software developers to identify bugs and suggest improvements to code quality and stability Document issues resolutions and knowledge gained for future reference and training purposes Participate in on-call rotations to provide support outside of regular business hours Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends relevant to production support Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and tools for production support Prerequisites Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience 2 years of experience in production support or a similar role Strong understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and troubleshooting methodologies Proficient in scripting languages like Node React AWS PowerShell Experience with various operating systems including Linux and Windows Knowledge of relational databases e g MongoDB PostgreSQL is a plus Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills About CIEL HR Payroll Company Ciel HR marks the return of HR visionaries to the HR Services industry powered by technology and analytics The Founders of Ma Foi the pioneer of the HR services sector in India along with some of the finest brains in the HR Services Industry have envisioned and built the firm CielHR to deliver the full range of Recruiting services from Executive Search Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Staffing Permanent as well as Temporary roles through its offices in India and the Middle East Website Role really excits you kindly share resume to Regards Gomathi
