Job Description Job Title: Area Sales Manager - LAP (Gurgaon) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region. Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the LAP product line in the Gurgaon area - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory - Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and other potential referral sources - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards - Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share - Strong understanding of the LAP product and the real estate market in Gurgaon - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach - Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus Any Graduates
