Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Business Development Manager who is fluent in Marathi to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities. Success in this role will be measured by the candidates ability to foster relationships with potential clients, effectively present tailored solutions, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

This role is pivotal in positioning NxtWaveRDisruptive Technologies. as a leading provider of service and ensuring a seamless connection between the sales and technical teams. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and help drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business opportunities within Marathi-speaking markets through targeted research and outreach. Develop and execute strategies to attract potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through personalized communication in Marathi and English, fostering trust and rapport.

Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.

Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, including drafting proposals, responding to inquiries, and assisting with contract negotiations.

Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups to ensure opportunities are moved through the sales process effectively.

Collaborative Work with Internal Teams: Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless and personalized client experience.

Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes, providing management with regular updates on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

- Fluency in Marathi and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or business development role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively in both Marathi and English.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales pipeline management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate within a team environment.
