Your role and responsibilities
In this role, You will be working as Drives Modernization Portfolio Manager and will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB's offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Business for services Division in Bangalore- Peenya, India You will be mainly accountable for below: . In this position you will work and take the lead in driving strategic initiatives related to Drives Service Modernization SL, which includes ABB own and third-party system evolution. . Ensure outside-in positioning and promotion of the entire modernization service portfolio. . You will support the Local Clusters to identify service sales opportunities for expanding ABB's value to the customer leveraging the whole breath of Modernization portfolio. . Drive alignment across the three service lines and other divisions on the service offering and ensure consistency in communication internally and externally. . Lead the development of product management skills within Motion Services division. . Align on common portfolio management process, tools and way of working across the division. . Drive improvement of business transparency with product line reporting and additional metrics.
Qualifications for the role
- Education: BE/BTech -Electrical/ EEE or similar discipline
- Minimum 10 + Years of experience in with Drive, retrofit modernization etc
- Engineer must be experienced in Product development/ Management of drives mainly LV Drives .
