Job Description Position: HR Officer Role: Contract Labour Management, Payroll Reporting To: Factory HR Manager Work Location: Tirunelveli Roles And Responsibility - Ensure shift wise availability of Contract Labour as per production plan. - Follow up closely with contractors on daily basis and arrange the manpower as per shift schedule. - Monitor the CL/ML Attrition and plan the manpower accordingly. - Monitor absenteeism rate and regularly counsel the absentees. - Drive recruitment process for hiring of the Operator, Technician as per positional manning. - Connect regularly with the NAPS service provider and arrange NAPS trainees as per quota. - Liaison with ITI's, Diploma colleges for NAPS recruitment. - Monitor the attrition rate and proactively hire the manpower through contractors. - Connect regularly with shop floor people and handle Contract Labour Grievances. - Consolidate Officers, Technicians monthly attendance and share the payroll input to EO payroll team as per timelines. - Prepare the Operator and contractors labour payroll. In addition, submit the payroll file to Finance team for payroll processing. - Verify the labour bills as per BIL guidelines and send to finance for payment. - Ensure contractors adhering the Payroll Compliances as per statutory timelines. - Monthly Audit the statutory registers and records of contractors. - Timely remit PF, ESI , Professional Tax & LWF of BIL employees. - Transport Management. - Leave Management of BIL employees. - Assist HR Manager for initiating Disciplinary Actions. - Handle Statutory and ISO Auditors. - Preparing of monthly HR MIS. Qualification & Experience - MSW /MBA with 7 to 10 experience in the Large Food Industry/ Manufacturing Industry(Preferable candidate having work experience in the female work environment). - Female Candidates preferable. - Good Communication Skills(Oral & Written). - Can Speak, Write, Read Tamil language is must.
