medium voltage low voltage uninterruptible power and automation systems Our employees and partners make Schneider a fantastic company Our commitment to innovation diversity and sustainability ensures that Life is On is everywhere and for everyone https www youtube com watch v VbldHPFltQQ We are looking for someone that is creative organized and has a strong drive to learn new products and new technology You should enjoy working independently as well as working in a group You are engaged in your task straightforward open passionate effective and can challenge the status quo Your main tasks will be to handle various technical support matters and provide expert level support to our in-country local support teams You will learn our BMS products Building Management System for building automation that monitors and control systems such as heating ventilation air conditioning fire and access security and the integration between them Responsibilities Resolve high level technical problems brought to us by customers Application Engineers Sales personnel and Engineering Identify and qualify product failures and assist Engineering in understanding and resolving them Case tracking with entries in our CRM system Research and documentation of technical problems and solutions Design plan research evaluate and test complex systems used to monitor and or control electrical equipment and building management systems Remote connection to customer installations for troubleshooting and healthy system checks Other duties as assigned Prioritize critical site escalations especially for Global Strategic Accounts and Strategic Partners To be successful in the role we see that you have are Engineering degree in electrical building automation or computer science or equivalent Experience in system troubleshooting diagnosis and problem solving for -
