Key Responsibilities - Outbound Calls Contact potential customers or clients to promote products services follow up on inquiries or generate leads - Inbound Calls Handle incoming calls from customers resolve queries and provide information regarding products services or billing - Sales Promotion Actively promote and sell company products services based on customer needs and preferences - Customer Support Address customer complaints assist with issues and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction - Lead Generation Identify potential customers gather contact details and input them into the database for follow-ups - Maintain Call Records Accurately document the details of every call including customer interactions product service inquiries complaints and actions taken - Achieve Targets Meet or exceed call and sales targets set by the company - Customer Feedback Collect and report customer feedback for improving services and products - Update Database Regularly update and maintain the customer database with accurate contact information and follow-up details - Team Collaboration Work closely with other team members and departments sales marketing customer support to achieve overall business goals Skills and Qualifications - Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse confidently with customers - Persuasion Skills Ability to influence and persuade customers to make decisions especially in sales-based roles - Customer-Centric Approach A focus on providing a positive customer experience and resolving issues effectively - Basic Computer Skills Familiarity with CRM software Microsoft Office and other tools used for data entry and call tracking - Multitasking Ability Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently such as managing calls logging information and addressing customer needs simultaneously - Time Management Ability to handle high call volumes and meet deadlines while maintaining quality in communication - Problem-Solving Skills Address customer complaints or issues and provide solutions promptly Education - High school diploma or equivalent some employers may prefer a degree or relevant experience Work Environment - Office Setting office environment - Working Hours 10 00 Am to 7 Pm- Working days 6 working days Mon- Satwww urbanculture me ref updazz com
