Job Description About the Role We are looking for a Clinical Content Specialist with a strong medical or laboratory background to lead the clean-up and standardization of our Diagnostics (Dx) catalogue as the first phase of this engagement. This includes correcting test information, mappings, and patient-facing content. Upon successful completion of the Diagnostics phase and demonstration of high performance, the role will be expanded to include our Online Medicine Delivery (Rx) listings - ensuring accuracy in drug information, descriptions, side effects, and SKU mappings. This role sits at the intersection of clinical accuracy, content governance, and platform operations, requiring close collaboration with the Product, Tech, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities Phase 1 - Diagnostics Catalogue Curation . Audit the current diagnostic test catalogue to identify inaccuracies, inconsistent mappings, or outdated details. . Update and refine test names, descriptions, specimen types, patient precautions, and reference ranges for clinical accuracy and user clarity. . Incorporate new diagnostic vendor test data with consistent structure and medical correctness. . Maintain complete documentation of all edits and updates, creating a transparent audit trail of changes made. . Partner with the tech and product teams to operationalize the curated listings and establish a repeatable update process. . Develop a short SOP outlining validation and maintenance protocols for the Dx catalogue. Phase 2 - Drug Catalogue Curation (Online Medicine Delivery Platform) . Audit and refine the existing medicine listings to ensure correct drug descriptions, indications, dosage details, and side-effect information. . Verify SKU-level accuracy - including product images, packaging details, and mapping to the internal product ID (MDS ID) that links to the retail side of the Practo app. . Identify and correct data mismatches between the drug listings and internal product database. . Document all changes with an auditable trail to enable quick review and cross-checking. . Collaborate with the tech team to operationalize the updated listings and ensure seamless sync between backend data and the retail view. Required Qualifications & Skills . Clinical or allied health qualification (MBBS, BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or equivalent). . Strong understanding of diagnostic tests, specimen types, and medical terminology. . Familiarity with prescription medicines, drug classifications, and common side-effect profiles. . Experience in managing or validating diagnostic or drug catalogues within healthcare platforms. . Exceptional attention to detail and ability to simplify complex medical information for patient-facing content. . Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and structured documentation. . Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, tech, and operations teams. Preferred (Good to Have) . Experience in clinical content or data curation for healthcare or e-pharmacy platforms. . Familiarity with diagnostic coding systems (e.g., LOINC, CPT) or drug databases (e.g., WHO-ATC, RxNorm). . Understanding of QA and version control processes for medical data. What Success Looks Like . 100% of diagnostic listings reviewed, corrected, and documented with clear audit trails. . All patient-facing content accurate, concise, and clinically sound. . Strong collaboration with product and tech teams leading to smooth implementation. . Readiness to take ownership of Phase 2 (Drug Listings) after successful Dx curation phase. . Establishment of an ongoing maintenance process for both Diagnostics and Drug listings.
