With our rapid expansion in India, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Manager to support program development, research quality, and operational excellence. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable Clinical Research Manager to strengthen our clinical programs, oversee research content quality, support faculty coordination, and ensure our certification offerings reflect current global regulatory, GCP, and trial-management standards. This role blends clinical research expertise with operational, analytical, and program-development responsibilities. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development, review, and quality assurance of clinical researchrelated training programs, modules, and certification frameworks. - Collaborate with expert faculty, industry partners, and subject-matter specialists to ensure content accuracy and relevance. - Monitor global regulatory updates (ICH-GCP, CDSCO, EMA, FDA, MHRA, etc.) and integrate changes into program curriculum. - Conduct research on clinical trial trends, protocol management, safety reporting, and compliance frameworks. - Support coordination of virtual and in-person sessions, including faculty communication, materials preparation, and participant engagement. - Analyze industry data, emerging technologies, and market needs to support new program launches in India and global markets. - Ensure alignment with ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in clinical research operations. - Manage timelines, workflows, and internal documentation for ongoing program development initiatives. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, medical affairs, CRO management, or regulatory compliance. - Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, protocol development, site management, ethics committees, pharmacovigilance basics, and trial documentation processes. - Experience interacting with investigators, CROs, regulatory bodies, or clinical stakeholders in India. - Excellent research, analytical, and technical writing skills. - Strong coordination, communication, and project-management capabilities. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally collaborative environment.
