Led by Dr. Amit Jhuraney (Orthodontist & Implantologist) and a team of specialists, we offer advanced treatments including dental implants, braces & aligners, smile design, root canals, guided biofilm therapy, and full-mouth rehabilitation. We are now expanding our patient experience and digital presence and looking for a bright, energetic Dental Clinic Coordinator to join our team. Role Overview This role is perfect for a young university student or recent school graduate seeking hands-on experience in: - Healthcare administration - Patient relations - Digital marketing & content creation - Clinic operations You will be the bridge between patients, staff, and our online presence. No prior clinical experience required, full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Patient Experience - Warmly interact with patients, assist them during their visit, and address minor concerns. - Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively. - Encourage and assist happy patients to share Google Reviews. Operations & Admin - Supervise and coordinate with the receptionist and support staff. - Assist with scheduling, reminders, and daily clinic flow. - Maintain basic records and help with operational tasks as needed. Digital Media & Social Presence - Capture short videos, photos, and behind-the-scenes content at the clinic. - Assist in planning and posting social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc). - Work with our marketing consultant to grow online presence.
