Position - Partner Manager Location - India RemoteWho We AreHeadSpin is a global omnichannel digital experience testing platform that helps enterprises optimize application performance with its data science capabilities With a strong infrastructure availability of real devices across 90 locations the HeadSpin Platform enables manual andautomated app testing with a wide range of devices including both screen and screenless devices such as mobile phones desktop browsers media players audio devices and even automotive systems The Platform has an extensive on-prem and cloud-hosted device infrastructure that uses data science-driven performance and quality of experience analytics to collect over 100 performance experience KPIs out of the box and provide performance analysis and monitoring across the engineering cycle The Platform s advanced capabilities enable leading global enterprises to achieve an improved digital experience faster triage and cost efficiency Key Responsibilities Coordinates all company activities with the partner including sales marketing executive briefings business planning client engagements Promotes HeadSpin products and offerings to become a key part of the partner s business and solutions Actively engages company resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with the partner ensuring long-term business opportunities for the company Provides the business rationale and risk assessment for making company investments in the partner consultatively assess client needs Deeply understand their digital transformation challenges and goals through active listening and insightful questioning Craft compelling solutions Tailor-make Headspin solutions and contribute to Proposals that address specific pain points and demonstrate ROI alignment Deliver impactful presentations Confidently present Headspin s value proposition to senior decision-makers effectively communicating technical concepts and business benefits Negotiate and close deals Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and secure new business wins Build and maintain strong relationships Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success What are we looking for Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Extensive network within relevant industry verticals Ability to work independently and as part of a team A smart individual with a desire to create an impact in the industry with a go-getter attitude Compensation Benefits Discretionary commission plan Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a world-class team Fast-paced and dynamic work environment Make a real impact on the success of clients and the company
