Role Description
This full-time role for a Branch Manager in Tourism is located on-site in Velachery. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing guided tours, and implementing tourism management strategies. Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating tourism marketing efforts, and addressing any operational issues. The Branch Manager will also need to manage a team of professionals and liaise with partners and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Guided Tours and Tourism Management
- Strong Customer Service skills and Tourism Marketing experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in local languages and understanding of the tourism market is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
