Triage & Coordinate with Service desk team Good to Have: - Intune experience Essential: - Manage end user issues on desktops - Support desktop engineering team where required - Manage Printers - Managing issues with meeting room and conf room - Triage & Manage incidents for desktop related issues - Ensuring documentation and knowledge articles are accurate and maintained - Support desktop engineering team for Patching - Responsible for testing and deploying Win 10 Feature Updates Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
