Must Haves: - 18+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the pharma or CDMO industry. - Proven success in leading multi-plant SCM operations, driving efficiency and strategic growth. - Proficiency in SAP and digital SCM tools, with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
