Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Head of Supply Chain for Ecommerce at Jivo Wellness. The Head of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and customer service. The role includes developing supply chain strategies, leading and managing the supply chain team, ensuring timely product availability, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills
- Procurement experience and expertise
- Team Leadership and management skills
- Customer Service orientation and capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the FMCG or food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
