Position: President – Supply Chain Management (Pharmaceuticals)Location: Delhi NCR- A leading pharmaceutical organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head its end-to-end Supply Chain function.- The role will drive strategic initiatives across procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution for multiple manufacturing facilities.- The incumbent will ensure seamless coordination across domestic and export operations while focusing on cost optimization, process excellence, and business continuity.- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing large-scale SCM operations within the pharmaceutical or CDMO environment, with strong exposure to raw material sourcing, packaging, and formulation logistics.- This role requires exceptional leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams and build high-performance, future-ready supply chains.Must Haves:- 18+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management within the pharma or CDMO industry.- Proven success in leading multi-plant SCM operations, driving efficiency and strategic growth.- Proficiency in SAP and digital SCM tools, with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
