In this role, the individual will handle day-to-day tasks related to home finance products, including customer interactions, loan processing, documentation management, and client support. Responsibilities include assessing loan applications, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and contributing to the growth and success of the business. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and achieve company objectives. Qualifications - Strong communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of housing finance processes, loan products, and relevant financial regulations - Proficiency in documentation, application assessments, and ensuring compliance - Detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment - Experience in home finance or the banking sector is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
