Come join the bandwagon and take your career to the next level with NoBroker. Role Overview : We are seeking a results-driven SEO Associate Manager to join our Marketing team at NoBroker. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. You will work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, collaborating with content, design, and product teams to scale NoBroker's online visibility. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies to grow organic traffic. Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SEO audits. Optimize website architecture, metadata, content, and internal linking for higher rankings. Manage and execute link-building and outreach campaigns. Collaborate with developers to fix technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema, etc.). Track and measure performance using Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Regularly monitor SERP trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights. Contribute to long-term SEO roadmap for NoBroker's product and content ecosystem. Requirements : 4-6 years of SEO experience in a digital-first company or agency. Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO. Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.). Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects with ownership and accountability. Good to Have Experience in large-scale websites. Experience in scaling loan, insurance or finance product/service. Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and international SEO.
