Come join the bandwagon and take your career to the next level with NoBroker. Role Overview : We are seeking a results-driven SEO Associate Manager to join our Marketing team at NoBroker. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. You will work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, collaborating with content, design, and product teams to scale NoBroker's online visibility. Key Responsibilities ● Plan, develop, and implement effective SEO strategies to grow organic traffic. ● Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SEO audits. ● Optimize website architecture, metadata, content, and internal linking for higher rankings. ● Manage and execute link-building and outreach campaigns. ● Collaborate with developers to fix technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, schema, etc.). ● Track and measure performance using Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. ● Regularly monitor SERP trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. ● Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights. ● Contribute to long-term SEO roadmap for NoBroker's product and content ecosystem. Requirements : ● 4-6 years of SEO experience in a digital-first company or agency. ● Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO. ● Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog. ● Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.). ● Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Ability to handle multiple projects with ownership and accountability. Good to Have ● Experience in large-scale websites. ● Experience in scaling loan, insurance or finance product/service. ● Knowledge of local SEO, schema markup, and international SEO. ● Prior experience managing SEO teams or freelancers.
