Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: -Campaign Execution & Management: - Assist in creating, launching, and uploading paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram. - Basic knowledge of ad platforms. - Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements. -Analytics & Reporting: - Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for campaigns. - Prepare performance reports and insights using tools like Meta Ads Manager, and Excel. -Optimization: - Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements. - Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize costs. Requirements: - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
