Backed by Sequoia Capital, Elevation Capital, BEENEXT, and Matrix Partners, we are a Series-C funded startup headquartered in Bengaluru.Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in executing, monitoring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.Key Responsibilities:-Campaign Execution & Management:Assist in creating, launching, and uploading paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.Basic knowledge of ad platforms.Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.-Analytics & Reporting:Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI for campaigns.Prepare performance reports and insights using tools like Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.-Optimization:Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and placements.Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize costs.Requirements:Basic understanding of digital marketing conceptsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills:Prior experience/ coursework in digital marketingKnowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush.Familiarity with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.What We Offer:Hands-on experience in real-world marketing campaigns.Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals.Opportunities to work on diverse projects and multiple channels.A collaborative and growth-focused work environment.Apply today to kickstart your career in performance marketing and make an impact
