Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional SPE BD Pool with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and business monitoring. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required. Responsibilities - Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. - Oversee the creation and implementation of strategic business plans to achieve company objectives. - Provide insights and recommendations based on business monitoring data to improve performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. - Utilize web development skills to enhance the companys online presence and digital marketing efforts. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management to communicate business strategies and results. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business activities. - Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated with industry trends. Qualifications - Possess a strong background in web development and business monitoring. - Demonstrate excellent English language skills in both reading and writing. - Exhibit a proven track record of successful business development and revenue growth. - Show proficiency in market research and data analysis. - Have experience in managing the entire sales cycle and closing deals. - Display strong communication and presentation skills. - Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Demonstrate the ability to provide training and support to junior team members. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Be proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
