Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for all company requirements. 2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers. 3. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing. 4. Finalize purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. 5. Coordinate with project, engineering, production, and inventory teams to plan material requirements. 6. Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier performance regularly. 7. Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct vendor audits when required. 8. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical purchasing practices. 9. Track and manage procurement budgets, cost savings, and price master data. 10. Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality problems, or vendor disputes. 11. Maintain proper documentation of procurement records, contracts, and price lists. 12. Prepare and submit purchase MIS reports for management review. 13. Identify new suppliers and develop alternative sourcing options to reduce risk. 14. Work closely with finance to ensure timely bill clearance and budget alignment. 15. Oversee the procurement team, assign tasks, and ensure performance and process discipline. Key Skills Required - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - In-depth understanding of procurement processes - Knowledge of EPC/Solar/Construction material sourcing - Expertise in preparing purchase strategies and cost analysis - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel - Strong analytical and price comparison skills - Ability to handle high-volume and time-bound procurement
