Company Details Who we are Shakti Group was incorporated in 2005 The Company was formed to develop well-designed competitively priced Real Estate across Prime Locations of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region MMR Shakti Group is a pre-eminent focused Real estate company with a large well-balanced portfolio comprising residential commercial and Logistics We ve gained a good reputation in Real estate because we deliver a service that provides integrity professionalism and peace of mind to our clients For more details please visit our website Company Website Company Address Shakti Group- 915 Lodha Business District -2 Lodha Supremus Kolshet Road Thane West - 400607 What You will do Lead and supervise the Pre-Sales team to ensure daily weekly and monthly calling targets are achieved Allocate daily calling lists and targets based on provided databases and Channel Partner databases Monitor team calling activities and ensure quality conversations and effective follow-ups Drive conversions from calls to site visits revisits and bookings Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of call logs site visits walk-ins prospect lists and booking status Provide ongoing motivation guidance and training to team members to improve productivity and communication effectiveness Ensure proper usage of CRM tools Excel Google Sheets and company applications Sell App for lead management and reporting Coordinate with the Sales and Sourcing team to maintain a strong and updated lead pipeline Maintain a positive and assertive work environment while encouraging a performance-driven culture Requirements Excellent communication skills Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory Marathi preferred Any graduate or 12th Pass with strong communication skills Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to drive team performance Confident assertive result-oriented and proactive in follow-ups Good knowledge of pre-sales calling processes tele calling etiquette and customer engagement techniques Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales leadership in Real Estate Insurance Consumer Sales Customer Service Benefits Flexible working hours Annual Leaves National Presence Celebrations Team outings Diwali Bonus Shift Timing 10 AM - 7 PM please feel free to reach out at 9136475121 Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
