Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Hyatt, located in Aurangabad Taluka. The Front Office Manager will oversee the operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes while maintaining exceptional guest service standards. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training and mentoring team members, resolving guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating with other departments to support efficient hotel operations, and upholding company policies and brand standards to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications - Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills to oversee front office operations and staff. - Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and effective communication to ensure guest satisfaction. - Knowledge of hotel management systems, booking systems, and operational software. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations and quickly implement effective solutions for guest concerns. - Previous experience in a front office, hospitality, or management role is highly desirable. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. - A commitment to delivering high-quality experiences aligned with the Hyatt brand values.
