Role (Full-time, On-site) - Lead Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Transport operations. - Ensure smooth arrivals/departures, VIP handling, and lobby experience. - Coordinate room status with Housekeeping; prioritize rush/early check-ins. - Oversee reservations, OTA coordination, upselling, and rate adherence. - Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audit oversight. - Train, roster, and mentor the front-office team; maintain SOPs. - Handle guest feedback/escalations and drive service recovery. - Track KPIs (GSS, upsell, wait time, audit scores) and submit reports. - Use PMS/POS tools for allocation, forecasting, and MIS. Qualifications - Proven experience as Front Office Manager/Assistant Manager. - Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. - Hands-on with PMS/reservations and basic revenue concepts. - Knowledge of cashiering, night audit, and compliance standards. - Degree/Diploma in Hospitality (preferred). - English fluency; Tamil/local language anadvantage. - Flexibility for shifts/weekends/holidays.
