Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team As a Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our automobiles You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing customer relationships providing product knowledge and delivering outstanding customer service Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the company s reputation for excellence Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable automobile models Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Sales Target Achievement Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels Product Knowledge Stay updated on the features specifications and benefits of all automobile models Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to potential buyers Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle specifications and pricing Sales Process Management Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing the sale Conduct test drives and presentations to potential customers Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements Market Analysis Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market dynamics and opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis Assist in inventory management and ensure the showroom is presentable at all times Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred Proven track record of successful automotive sales experience Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset Valid driver s license Benefits Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based incentives Comprehensive training and development programs Health dental and retirement benefits Employee discounts on automobile purchases and services Career advancement opportunities within the company Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
