Job Title: Fire Safety Officer As a Fire Safety Officer at HN Safal, you will be responsible for ensuring fire safety compliance across all residential and commercial projects. You will oversee fire prevention systems, conduct regular inspections, manage fire safety equipment, and coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure adherence to statutory requirements. The role requires a proactive professional with real estate or construction site experience and strong knowledge of fire safety norms, codes, and emergency procedures. About the Role - Implement and monitor all fire safety measures across construction and occupied project sites. - Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems including alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, and extinguishers. - Ensure all sites comply with local fire department and NBC (National Building Code) regulations. - Prepare and maintain fire safety documentation, NOCs, test reports, and inspection records. - Coordinate with project and facility teams during installation, testing, and commissioning of fire systems. - Conduct fire drills, evacuation training, and emergency response programs for staff, security, and residents. - Supervise and guide contractors/vendors involved in fire system maintenance and AMC activities. - Respond promptly to any fire or safety emergencies, ensuring proper coordination and damage control. - Liaise with local fire authorities for inspection, renewals, and statutory clearances. - Identify gaps in fire safety systems and recommend preventive or corrective actions. About You - Minimum Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Fire & Safety Engineering) or Fire Officer Course from a recognized institute - Minimum Experience: 4 – 8 years of experience in fire safety management within real estate or construction sector - Certifications: Fire Safety Certification / Fire Officer License preferred - Skills: Knowledge of NBC fire norms, hands-on experience with fire alarm & suppression systems, good coordination and reporting ability - Communication: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Why Join HN Safal?
