Educational Qualification
- Graduated in Fire Engineering / Safety Management from a government-recognized institute.
- OR Diploma in Fire & Safety / Fire Engineering from a government-recognized institute.
- Additional qualifications like Advanced Fire Safety certification are preferred.

Certifications & Standards Knowledge
- Knowledge of NBC 2016 Part 4 (Fire & Life Safety)
- Familiarity with IS standards for fire protection
- Understanding of statutory requirements as per the Maharashtra Fire Prevention & Life Safety Measures Act and Rules.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire safety operations (preferably in Industrial, Institutional, Corporate, or High-rise building environment)
- Experience in fire drills, mock evacuation, and handling fire protection systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Alarm, Suppression systems, Etc.)

Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of fire prevention, firefighting techniques, and emergency response.
- Ability to conduct fire risk assessments and inspections.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining fire protection equipment.
- Good leadership and communication skills (for guiding fire wardens, ERT, and training staff)
- Report writing, incident investigation, and liaison with local fire authorities.

Other Requirements
- Physically fit to respond to all emergencies.
- Willingness to work in a General shift or on-call duty, if needed.
- Ability to train and conduct fire drills regularly.
