Business Development Intern
We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategies. The intern will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, pitching IT services, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring seamless follow-ups to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work on leads provided by the company, engaging with them via email and phone calls.
2. Need to generate leads also from Email marketing, Social media and other platforms.
3. Pitch our IT services to potential clients, clearly communicating our value proposition.
4. Maintain and update the CRM system and client tracking sheets with all interactions.
5. Take follow-ups via email or call to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
6. Conduct closing calls with clients, addressing concerns and finalizing deals.
Research and identify potential clients on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant industry forums.
7. Reach out to international prospects, ensuring clear and professional communication in English.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new business growth ideas.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) to engage international clients.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.
4. Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools is a plus.
5. Ability to conduct market research and identify new prospects.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a team and multitask effectively.

Stipend:
1. 5000- 10000/Month + Certificate + Offer Letter (Depending on Performance).
2. Performance-Based Incentives: Additional 2% of the project cost.
3. Job Offer: On successful conversion to a full-time role, the candidate can expect a salary of 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 per year.
