Job Description

Collaborate with the outbound product manager to define product strategy and develop a roadmap aligned with organizational goals, aiming to achieve $30B+ in revenue growth.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of partner and channel use cases, success metrics, and desired outcomes.

Lead the prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities in partnership with the UX Design team.

Incorporate usability studies, user research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and product effectiveness.

Work closely with engineering teams to develop products that address market challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

Support and mentor a team of product managers, helping them drive their respective areas forward.

Take ownership of the product, ensuring partner satisfaction, user adoption, and overall success.

Simplify complex problems into clear, actionable requirements and propose effective solutions.

Develop multi-channel communication strategies to convey product needs and updates effectively to diverse audiences.

Lead cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders both within and outside of your immediate team to drive product initiatives forward.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

8+ years of experience in core product management roles.

Experience with ServiceNow Platform is preferred.

Highly data-driven, with a strong focus on achieving business outcomes and value realization.

Hands-on approach, comfortable delving into complex issues and leading from the front.

Problem-solver who is proactive and willing to get involved in detailed work.

Thrive in fast-paced environments, with the ability to lead with vision and ensure scalable, adaptable solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading sessions, hosting webinars, and influencing executive leadership.

Proven experience in defining and capturing functional requirements and use cases.

Ability to serve as a product leader and mentor junior team members.
