About Us We specialize in natural sweeteners jaggery-based snacks and superfoods offering healthier alternatives for modern consumers We aim to spread awareness about nutritious eating habits and traditional food culture through our premium outlet Role Overview The Telecaller Telemarketer will play a key role in outbound and inbound calling engaging with potential and existing customers sharing product knowledge and generating sales or leads The role requires excellent communication persuasive skills and enthusiasm for promoting healthy products Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jaggery and superfood products Answer inbound customer queries related to product details pricing and offers Explain health benefits product usage and seasonal promotions to encourage purchases Maintain and update customer databases CRM Excel Follow up on leads inquiries and past customers to ensure repeat sales Work closely with the outlet team to coordinate deliveries discounts and loyalty programs Achieve daily weekly monthly call and sales targets Share customer feedback with management to improve sales strategy Key Skills Competencies Excellent verbal communication in English Hindi Regional Language Confident polite and persuasive speaking ability Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel or CRM software Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset Passion for healthy and natural food products is a plus Qualifications Minimum 12th pass graduate preferred Prior experience in Telecalling Telemarketing sales preferred FMCG retail or food industry is a bonus Freshers with good communication skills are welcome Compensation Competitive salary attractive incentives based on performance Employee discounts on products Growth Opportunity This role offers a pathway to Inside Sales Executive Customer Relationship Manager or Business Development roles based on performance Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
