We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in Tally ERP and knowledge of Bill of Materials BOM management preferably in a spice or FMCG manufacturing environment The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records cost tracking managing stock entries production costing vendor billing and assisting in financial audits Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime Manage accounts payable receivable journal entries credit notes and bank reconciliation Handle GST TDS PT and other statutory compliance and filings 2 BOM Costing Create and manage Bill of Materials BOM for spice products Calculate production costing raw material consumption and wastage Coordinate with production and procurement teams for accurate BOM implementation 3 Inventory Stock Management Track inward outward stock with proper batch-wise entries in Tally Manage raw materials packing materials and finished goods inventory Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies 4 Reporting MIS Prepare monthly quarterly financial statements and MIS reports Analyze production cost vs sales profitability Maintain records for internal external audits and compliance checks 5 Vendor Payroll Support Process vendor bills credit terms and payment cycles Assist in salary processing and payroll accounting optional if no HR department Key Requirements Education B Com M Com BBA MBA in Finance or Accounting Experience 2-5 years in an FMCG spice food manufacturing company Software Skills Mandatory Tally ERP 9 Tally Prime with Inventory Manufacturing module Preferred MS Excel Word and GST portal usage Knowledge of BOM Bill of Materials structure Raw material costing and batch production accounting GST TDS E-Invoicing and statutory filings Soft Skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication and coordination with purchase production and sales teams Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 05 08 2025
