Job Title Accounts Executive Location Hubli Industry Real Estate Construction Experience 2 to 5 years Education B Com M Com or equivalent Tally knowledge mandatory Salary 15 000 to 18 000 Based on experience We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks for our real estate business in Hubli The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of Tally and be able to handle accounting functions independently Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure timely entries in Tally Prepare and file GST TDS and other statutory returns Handle accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Maintain petty cash and expense records Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Coordinate with auditors and support in audits and compliance Ensure timely billing and invoice generation Maintain proper documentation and filing of records Requirements Female candidates preferred Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and basic accounting principles Knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Local candidates from Hubli preferred Immediate joiners will be given priority Job Type Full-time Pay 15 961 16 - 18 074 86 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
