We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in India. This role will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, with the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across various channels, including social media, email, and websites.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 8-14 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a competitive landscape.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
